I have been exploring the world of movement for over twenty years, and have been dedicating myself to yoga, meditation, the wisdom of the human body and holistic medicine for over a decade.
Yoga is a path that allows us to feel whole and close to our deepest truth.
“The body has the ability to heal itself” is the main motto in reflexology, which I try to follow in my practice and life.
Using touch, movement, meditation and breath techniques we can address pain and dis-eases in the different systems of the body - external & internal, physical & mental.
I wish to live life fully, with joy, and to share this joy with others.
I believe we are entitled to experience true acceptance - of ourselves, of everyone around us, of the present moment.
